Delivery

To ensure our customers receive only the highest quality, freshest products, Seafood Direct only keep limited stocks of fresh fish, choosing instead to buy fresh stock at market when we receive your order.

When we receive your order we will contact you via telephone or email to confirm your delivery schedule.

Due to the nature of fresh fish and its availablity your order might be slightly above or below the actual weight requested and therefore there may be a slight adjustment to the cost of your order. We will confirm these details with you before charging your credit card and shipping your order.

Wherever possible, orders received before 11am, Monday - Thursday will be delivered next day, orders received after 11am on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be made on Tuesday.

Items are despatched in specially sealed packs accompanied by dry ice or gel packs to maintian the products temprature and ensure they reach you in the freshest possible condition.

Delivery is charged at £4.99 for orders of all sizes to UK mainland addresses. For delivery to addresses outside mainland UK (i.e. Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, etc.) please call 01472 210147 for details.
